Information We Collect from Other Sources

We obtain information from other sources, like Ticketmaster and the National Basketball Association (“NBA”). For example, if you create or log into your account through a third-party service (such as your NBA account), we receive information from that service. This information includes your name, email address and NBA ID. Additionally, when you buy a ticket through Ticketmaster for one of our events, we receive information from Ticketmaster about your purchase. This information includes name, contact information, and tickets purchased.

 

Information We Derive

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may infer your approximate location from your IP address and may infer your interests based on your browsing behavior and past purchases.

We may use the categories of information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:

● Law Enforcement Authorities and Others in Legal Proceedings: We disclose personal information in response to a request for information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also disclose personal information if we believe that your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of Company, our users, the public, or others.

● Corporate Group: We disclose personal information between and among our affiliates and family of companies, which includes Kia Forum Entertainment LLC and Clippers G League LLC.

We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We will not attempt to re-identify any de-identified information, except as permitted by law.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

Depending on where you reside (such as California or Colorado), you may have the right to (1) request to know more about and access your personal information, including in a portable format, (2) request deletion of your personal information, and (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Opting Out of Targeted Advertising, Sharing, and Sales

As described in the Disclosure of Information section, we disclose personal information with the NBA, marketing and advertising providers, and promotion sponsors. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

As described in the Collection of Information section, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze visits to and use of our Online Services and marketing. Communications Preferences
