Information We Collect from Other Sources

We obtain information from other sources, like Ticketmaster and the National Basketball Association (“NBA”). For example, if you create or log into your account through a third-party service (such as your NBA account), we receive information from that service. This information includes your name, email address and NBA ID. Additionally, when you buy a ticket through Ticketmaster for one of our events, we receive information from Ticketmaster about your purchase. This information includes name, contact information, and tickets purchased.

 

Information We Derive

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may infer your approximate location from your IP address and may infer your interests based on your browsing behavior and past purchases.

NBA: Information we collect in connection with your interest in or engagement with the LA Clippers may be disclosed to the NBA for their own services and marketing purposes. Law Enforcement Authorities and Others in Legal Proceedings: We disclose personal information in response to a request for information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
